Delivery Information

Simply place an order online and we will deliver it to your home or business. All of our packages are 100% guaranteed and are carefully and methodically packed to remain perfectly frozen upon delivery. 

In Quebec and Ontario we offer next day / two day delivery on most orders (excluding weekends) and in Alberta we deliver once per week to Calgary, bi-weekly to Edmonton. Seasonally, we also deliver to Saskatoon, Regina and the greater Vancouver area. If you need to request a specific delivery time or date, please let us know, as we are always happy to assist and try to accommodate all customer requests. In special circumstances, we are also able to offer pickup at one of our warehouses.
