Our wild Atlantic cod cheeks come boneless and pre-cleaned, ensuring a simple and reliable dish your family will keep coming back to. Additionally, this baked recipe offers a healthier option compared to deep-fried or store-bought processed fish and chips.
Ingredients:
- 2 LBS of our Wild Atlantic Cod Cheeks
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup of all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of Italian parsley (fresh or dried)
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt (or to taste)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F and line the oven tray or baking sheet with baking parchment or silicone.

Beat the eggs then put the flour, eggs and panko in separate bowls.

Mix the salt and pepper with the flour.

Dip each piece of cod in the flour mixture, shake off the excess then repeat with the egg, followed by the panko.

Bake the fish in the oven at 400F for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

Serve with lemon wedges and some chopped parsley sprinkled over the top and a side of your choice.
