Delivery Information

We are committed to providing convenient, reliable, and quality delivery services straight to your door. Whether it's your home or business, we've got you covered!

How It Works
Simply place your order online, and we’ll take care of the rest. Tracking is provided for each delivery. Aside from orders in our GTA zone, all orders are left as NSR (no signature required) so that packages do not return to the depot in the case of not being home, and force customers to pick them up, risking spoilage if the customer is not able to do so in a timely manner. We are not responsible for porch pirates and so please keep an eye on your tracking number to know when it is delivered. 

Ontario and Québec

Order cut-offs for same week delivery is at Tuesday at 10am EST. 

Outside of the GTA zone below, which is handled on tracked reefer vehicles, we cover most of Ontario and Québec using Purolator Express with dry ice and insulation to ensure every box arrives perfectly frozen.

If your address is not being accepted, contact us at info@coldwaterharvest.com and we will assist you.

GTA Zone - Simply place your order online and a member of our team will contact you via text and email on Tuesday evening, to confirm your day and ETA for delivery. You will have contact with the driver and can make alternate arrangements if necessary. We do not leave boxes unattended on doorsteps. 

Outside of the GTA zone -  We cover a lot of ground in Ontario and Québec and deliver every Thursday with Purolator Express. Delivery costs include dry ice, insulation and the express courier cost. 

Alberta

  • Other Regions: Delivery is available in additional areas—please contact us with your location, and we’ll assist you.
  • Delivery Day: Thursday.

British Columbia (Greater Vancouver, Kelowna and other regions)

  • Delivery Days: Thursday or Friday, depending on the area.
  • Order Cut-Off: Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 PM MST.
  • Greater Vancouver customers - this is a two day transit and so sometimes special circumstances arise (bad weather etc.) where decisions are made to hold back an order and send the following week.
