Delivery Information

 FINAL DELIVERY SCHEDULE OF 2025:

As we head into the final weeks of the year, we wanted to share our updated delivery information so you can plan your orders accordingly. Aside from orders in our GTA zone, all orders are left as NSR (no signature required) so that packages do not return to the depot in the case of not being home, and force customers to pick them up, risking spoilage if the customer is not able to do so in a timely manner. We are not responsible for porch pirates and so please keep an eye on your tracking number to know when it is delivered. 

Western Canada:
Our final deliveries of 2025 have been completed for all areas outside of Greater Calgary. We look forward to serving you again in the New Year! 

Calgary customers:
Our final delivery will take place on December 23rd. 

Ontario – GTA Zone
If you fall within our GTA delivery zone (maps below), our final deliveries will be on the 24th, 26th, 31st and January 2nd. 

Delivery day adjustments on the final two weeks for the GTA zone: 

Wednesday deliveries remain Wednesday. Thursday deliveries will be moved to Friday for these two weeks to account for Christmas Day and New Years Day. Your delivery date depends on your location on the map - we cannot make any changes to that schedule. 

Ontario/Québec – Outside the GTA Zone
Our deliveries are completed for 2025 outside of the GTA zone and we look forward to serving you in the New Year!

We are committed to providing convenient, reliable, and quality delivery services straight to your door. Whether it's your home or business, we've got you covered!

How It Works
Simply place your order online, and we’ll take care of the rest. Tracking is provided for each delivery. Aside from orders in our GTA zone, all orders are left as NSR (no signature required) so that packages do not return to the depot in the case of not being home, and force customers to pick them up, risking spoilage if the customer is not able to do so in a timely manner. We are not responsible for porch pirates and so please keep an eye on your tracking number to know when it is delivered. 

Southern Ontario and Greater Montreal

- we deliver direct to your door in a temperature controlled vehicle with live tracking!

Simply place your order online and a member of our team will contact you via text and email to confirm your day for delivery. On the day of, you will receive another message with a live and accurate ETA. You will have contact with the driver and can make alternate arrangements if necessary. We do not leave boxes unattended on doorsteps. 

If you do live outside of these zones, please contact us directly and we can arrange a pick up within the zone or at our distribution centre in Kitchener. 

 

Alberta

  • Delivery Day: Thursday 
  • Delivery Cities: Calgary, Edmonton, Fort McMurray, Lloydminster, Grand Prairie, Red Deer, Sylvan Lake, Cold Lake, Airdrie, Bonnyville, Leduc, Beaumont, Lethbridge, Lacombe.... any many other places across the province!

  • Order Cut-Off:
    • Calgary: Wednesday afternoon at 1:00 pm MST
    • All Other Locations: Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 pm MST

Saskatchewan

  • Main Delivery Areas: Greater Saskatoon and Regina.
  • Other Regions: Delivery is available in additional areas—please contact us with your location, and we’ll assist you.
  • Delivery Day: Thursday.
  • Order Cut-Off:
    • Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 pm MST
  • Tracking is available
  • Contact us to make special arrangements

British Columbia (Greater Vancouver, Kelowna and other regions)

  • Delivery Days: Thursday or Friday, depending on the area.
  • Order Cut-Off: Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 PM MST.
  • Greater Vancouver customers - this is a two day transit and so sometimes special circumstances arise (bad weather etc.) where decisions are made to hold back an order and send the following week.
