Basic cooking tips:

1. Let scallops thaw and pat dry with a paper towel 
2. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder (be creative and use whatever spices you like!) 
3. Heat some oil in a skillet and turn to medium to high heat. 
4. Add scallops and fresh chopped garlic and cook on each side until golden brown or when they have reached an internal temperature of 115 degrees.
